Five nearby Colorado mountain towns have quickly emerged as a hip center for good eats. The quintuple dining scenes have folks talking, and not just about incredible skiing. Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge are all located in Summit County, and each one brings something deliciously different to the table, including great beer that hits the spot.

From Mexican food to clean eats, here are the seven restaurants you must be sure to dine on your next ski trip to Colorado.

Carnicería La Perla, in Dillon

Tasty and authentic Mexican food can be found in this cute and neat grocery store. Fresh and well-prepared favorites like classic enchiladas, tacos and guacamole tempt the palate and are sold at the tiny counter.

Angry James Brewery, in Silverthorne

A great variety of beer like red ale, English dark malt, pilsner malt and others greet the thirsty visitor. Pulled pork Cubans, bison chili dogs and veggie garden burgers accompany a finely crafted craft beer.

Sauce on the Blue, in Silverthorne

The Italian hot-spot is so popular that reservations are a must. There, diners enjoy classics like pasta, pizza and chicken marsala. The establishment also offers a huge whiskey and bourbon list.

Outer Range Brewing Company, in Frisco

It’s a small batch kind of brewery with a wonderful tap list. The parking lot on the weekends is the place to be as the Cheese Love Grill food truck griddles sandwiches and serves up the fries.

Pure Kitchen, in Frisco

The eats are all fresh and clean, and the menu has something for everyone, with options including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes in farm to table dining. Pure Kitchen is also known for their fancy cocktails, like the Strawberry Basil Mojito and the Organic Beet Lavender Martini.

Inxpot Coffeehouse, in Keystone

It’s a bookstore and coffee shop sitting right at the base of the Keystone gondola. The coffeehouse opens at 7 and delights customers with a hot drink, breakfast, lunch and later, a happy hour. Breakfast burritos to granola bowls, they’ve got it all.

Coffee & Waves, in Breckenridge

The loyal red food truck is parked right at the Breckenridge Distillery’s lot and serves up hot coffee, fresh muffins, coffeecake and scones. There’s also the favorite breakfast sweet potato burrito.
